  2. Logging In

  3. Lesson Planner Teachers must setup the gradebook in the Lesson Planner BEFORE opening the gradebook

  4. Gradebook • Points to Remember: • Save Often-anytime SAVE is red, you need to save. • Save before you navigate to another section/subject • Right-click in the gray column header to create a new assignment.

  5. Posting for Reporting Periods Right-Click, select Post Grades to Other Task Select the appropriate reporting period (only the correct one will be bold) Click SAVE!

  6. To view Posted Gradesand make any changes needed. Click on Grading By Task Check the score-make changes if needed Type a comment is the field provided For CONDUCT: Go to Homeroom> Grade by Task> Conduct> Drop down Arrows> Select O S N U> Enter comments

  7. Common Errors - JAVA If you see this screen, it means to RUN JAVA!!! Do It!!!

Common Errors – Adobe Reader If you try to generate a report and the screen does not proceed…you need to install Adobe Reader To resolve this issue: go to www.adobe.com Click “Get Adobe Reader” Click the yellow Download button Follow the screen prompts to Run the download You may be asked to restart your computer
