Team Marketing Plan • Before: semester long team marketing plan with defined roles • Switch roles mid-semester • Mid-term peer evaluations and final peer evaluations • Paper due in sections (so I can guide the process) • Progress reports • Team presentation • Detailed grading sheet for each section

  3. Team Day Before: team projects without telling students why • Teams 5-6 (same team for semester) • Teams goal sheet, KSA’s, SW • Importance of teams • CBA goals, accreditation • Importance of teams in business environment

Class Participation • Before: encouraged participation • Guided class discussions (different teams each time) • New Coursepack with articles and cases (including ethical issues) • www.coursepacks.xanedu.com/pcp/pcplogin.html • Chapter 1 • day 1-theory and concepts, short e exercise • day 2-guided team discussions on coursepack (pose questions and report back as a team with small board) • grades as a team but tested individually on exam

  5. Learning Outcomes and Measurements • Explicitly stating why we are doing what we are doing and what will be the learning outcome • Grading: • 30% team effort • 70% individual
