In this innovative e-marketing course, we shifted from a traditional format to a dynamic one that emphasizes effective teamwork, ethical understanding, and measurable learning outcomes. Over the semester, students participated in diverse team roles, mid-term peer evaluations, and presentations. Our curriculum included guest speakers and case studies to foster communication and creative thinking. The course also focused on reflective discussions and multicultural understanding, preparing students for real-world marketing challenges. With a blend of teamwork and individual assessments, we strive for academic excellence and accreditation.
