  3. HTML Tag Info for Hyperlink

  4. Navigate to URL

  5. Right-click URL; Copy

  6. Select Discussion Boards

  7. Add Forum

  8. Paste URL; Click <html> Button

  9. Add target=NEW Tag

  10. Replace URL With Name of Link; Submit

  11. Set Forum Settings; Submit

  12. Embedded Link
