Prevention & Treatment Unification

This document outlines a structured needs assessment, prioritization, and planning process for unifying addiction services through a comprehensive continuum, from primary prevention to recovery support. Prepared by the DAS Office of Treatment Services and other key partners, it details timelines, collaborative activities, and strategic planning for enhancing addiction prevention and treatment across state and county levels. The initiative aims to create data-driven resource distribution plans, establish county-level priorities, and ensure effective planning for the next three years (2009-2011).
