  3. 2012 SES Reporting on ADQ Implementation • All MS say that they have identified the stakeholders • All MS have started engaging with the affected stakeholders • Only 3 countries report (warn) potential issues in terms of compliance with application dates.

  4. Infringement procedures : steps • EU-PILOT • Letter of formal notice followed by the answer of the concerned Member State. • Reasoned opinion followed by the answer of the concerned Member State. • Review to the Court of Justice.
