He moved from Ohio to Arizona three years after earning a degree in accounting to work for the Motorola Government Electronics Group. He quickly rose in the company, earning a Division Management position before he turned 30. He works for ON Semiconductors now.

He moved to Arizona and worked for Motorola’s Government Electronics Group in 1986, and earned a promotion to the company’s Division Management before his 30th birthday. He completed his MBA coursework at the University of Phoenix in 1993, and today works as the Director of Strategic Sourcing for ON Semiconductors near his home in Chandler, Arizona.

He earned a degree in Accounting in 1983, and completed his MBA coursework at the University of Phoenix in 1993. He has spent over fifteen years working in the electronics industry with various companies. He got his start with Motorola, moved on to work for International Rectifier, and ON Semiconductor, where he is the Director of Strategic Sourcing now.
