Promotion of Organic Agriculture in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region

Beras project in Poland focused on promoting organic farming through scientific activities and questionnaires. The initiative included analyzing NPK nutrient balances, economic and energy efficiency, emissions, and consumer attitudes towards organic food. The project aimed to enhance organic farming practices in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region, particularly in the Brodnica District. With a total budget of EUR 75,064 and Phare contribution of EUR 59,841, the project ran for 10.5 months starting on 15.09.2003. The initiative involved various partners and a dedicated experimental station in Zelislawki, near Gdansk.
