Polish EURES services • EURES services in Poland* consist of: • Providing unemployed and jobseekers with help to gain proper employment according to the rule of free movement of workers within the EU, • Providing employers with help to recruit employees with proper vocational qualifications, • Initiating and organizing contacts between unemployed and jobseekers with employers, • Providing information on labour market situation including information on surpluses and shortages, • Combating obstacles to mobility on the labour market, • Providing employees of PES, trade unions and employers organizations with information on EURES services, • Initiating and managing international projects. • *According to Polish Act for employment promotion and labour market instituions from 20 April 2004.
