Clothing and jewelry shall be free of writing, pictures, or other insignias which disrupt the educational environment, including but not limited to those that are: crude, vulgar, profane, or sexually suggestive or which advocate prejudice or derogatory bias toward any faith, gender, orientation, disability, ethnicity, or advocates the use of drugs or alcohol. Clothing and/or accessories that depict gang behavior , glorify gang activity, or advocate violence or illegal activity are prohibited. (I have personally seen these two shirts on THS students.) Pants must be worn at waist—no sagging.NOTE: You cannot simply pull down your shirt or constantly pull the pants up. Pants must stay up primarilyon their own or with a functioning belt. Pants must conceal underwear at all times. Appropriate. Inappropriate.
Tops must be opaque (solid) with opaque straps at least 2” wide. No halters, sheer tops, mesh/lace tops, or tube tops. Top must be sufficient to conceal undergarments. Inappropriate. Inappropriate.
