This project, led by Patrick Lo from Lingnan University Library, focuses on enhancing bibliographic records in the INNOPAC system by incorporating direct URLs to Amazon.com book reviews and value-added information. By developing custom software, the library automated the matching of over 64,000 English titles to Amazon URLs, significantly reducing manual input errors and time. The integration provides users with easy access to reviews and recommendations, ultimately improving the library's collection development capabilities. Future efforts will explore additional online platforms for similar enhancements.
