  3. Germany bombs Poland • GB and France declare war on Sept 3rd Hitler takes all of Czechoslovakia 1939 AUG 1939 SEPT 1, 1939 • NAZI/SOVIET PACT • Non-aggression pact • Split Poland and stay out of each other’s way
