Nesting Points

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for using Marianne Diffin's method to collect nesting points in a GIS project. Start by opening a new project and selecting a line or polygon file. As you navigate to desired collection points, utilize the "Options" menu to select "Nest" and choose the appropriate point file for your data collection. After collecting the necessary positions for your point file, you can exit the file and resume collecting data for your line or polygon. Follow these steps to ensure accurate and efficient nesting point data gathering.
