Golf tournament Events One Annual Event with a “Thank You” Focused Theme: • Minimize expenses: Mostly donated food/drink/space • Sell corporate tables E.g. $1000 per corp. table - sends 10 employees • for free, includes donated gift bags and center pieces, wine (all donated) • Give a presentation • - Emotional and informative and close with an “Ask” • Making Giving Easy: Booth staffed by member w/ materials Data Mining: Collecting and maintaining attendee contact information is essential for other fundraising campaigns
