  1. TAKE THE CONVERSATION BACK Brief instructions on how to reach legislators and media in your area.

  2. Go to NASSP PLAC center : (paste this link into your browser)https://app3.vocusgr.com/WebPublish/controller.aspx?SiteName=NASSP&Definition=Home&SV_Section=Home

Enter your zip code and you legislators will appear • You will be able to read about them under view profile • You will be able to contact them using the contact tab • You can use the education issues outlined by NASSP • You can use issues of your own choice • We have some pre-written emails, or you may pen your own • What they prefer most are personal stories about your school • Describe what a policy will look like in your school

  4. Tap media button in the top right hand corner. You will get a list of media and the chance to send a message, story or invitation directly from the page.

  5. SHARE THIS TOOL WITH ALL SCHOOL STAKEHOLDERS • We can take the conversation back about our schools – but it means we have to share what we know with those who do not. Legislators and policy makers act on the information they have.
