Information Actions in FinlandOrganisation Information activities by the MA joint for ERDF and ESF National level networks run by the MA Ministries involved in inmplementation Regional contact persons for both ERF and ESF Internet working group The four regions (Southern, Western, Eastern and Northern Finland) have regional networks for Structural Funds’ information issues – ERDF and ESF together Each level: meeting, work shops, seminars, training, email networking Webcasting of major events for authorities – more people able to attend May 2008 seminar on current issues was a viewer success MA communication plans have been delivered to the Commission The regions have have delivered joint communication plans of ERDF and ESF to the MA – more detailed yearly plans

Information Actions in FinlandLaunch Event and Basic Material • Launch event on 25 and 26 October 2007 • Brochures in October 2007: • General on Sructural Funds • ERDF (Southern, Western, Eastern and Northern Finland) • ESF • Thematic brochures: employment, equality, entrepreneurship, internationalisation, expertice and innovations • All 11 available in Finnish, Swedish and English • Coming in July 2008: • Updated versions with new contact details, new pictures, general updating • Thematic brochure: environment • Information guide for beneficiaries, graphical guidance • Tools for uniform information • Logos, other graphics • Slides, documents, newspaper advertisements • Permanent explanatory plaques, billboards • Available in Finnish, Swedish and English
