  2. Staff Evaluation CertificationSubmitted through the IRS PortalCorrections and additions will need to be done through Level 0 Historical once that module is available mid-Winter ETA

  3. ALL prior year data needs to be fixed in Level 0 Historical – prior year data does NOT migrate to the state.

  4. NERIC DataFlow Opened 10/21/13!Reports were written last nightIf you opted to write, you will be notified when that is turned on(should be very soon – many already writing.)Check reports daily.About 90 districts enrolled so far!

  5. Engageny Data DashboardsDeadline for selecting Dashboard was October 31st

  6. NEW CIOsDistrict Data Coordinator/CIO DescriptionForms to complete NEW CIO training 102 Video coming soon.

  7. BEDS ReportingBEDS Online available NOW – Due Date for BEDS Online is December 13th.

  8. 2013-14 Special Ed. VR 1-9 “BEDS Day Snapshot” reports available now.

  9. NERIC Weekly deadline for “locking” and “loading” is 5:00 PM on Wednesdays.Nightly process runs between 8:00 – 10:00 PM – please log out of Level 0 for this time period.

  10. DEADLINE for reporting August Graduate information, August Regents & RCT results is Wednesday, November 5. Please submit ALL Summer School Program Services and SUMMER SCHOOL Student Class Grade Detail now too!

  15. Testing Coordinator MeetingsCIOs need to work closely with Testing Coordinators and districts need to ensure that Security protocols are followed.
