  3. Introduction I picked hockey between other sports because I was good at skating. And it seemed fun. I think It is a good idea to write a story about something familiar. Read more for tips and rules about hockey.

  4. Getting padding on First you will have to get A Under Armour and sweat pants then you get on shoulder pads over the under Armour and then put on your jersey and don’t forget your helmet.

  5. How to skate To move on skate s is not as easy as it looks so I will tell you some tips. First tip is to bend down because if you stand up then you fall backwards and if that happens then you can break more bones than falling forwards so bend d Own. And to move you have to Push out .

  6. Saving Energy Hockey gives you energy but to be hydrated you have to drink water before you play you should get food so you wont be tired.
