Reducing Temperature Offset in Display Probes: A Calibration Approach

This project addresses the issue of temperature differences between reference probes and display probes. The primary goal is to develop an effective method to minimize this difference. The complexity of the thermal circuit necessitates a detailed approach, as initial findings show a 0.5°C difference. Our results indicate that accurate calibration for each insert orientation is critical and that reliance on simplified thermal circuits may not yield satisfactory outcomes. For practical implementation, we recommend conducting experimentation to achieve precise results. More details and a calculator tool are available at the provided link.
