  3. Safety You must wear: • close toed shoes (no flip flops or sandals) • Apron, goggles and have long hair tied back • Watch for hot surfaces – if you get a burn, run cold water over the burn Keep thermometers from rolling off counter

  4. Write up is to include: • Your prelab with your name on top right • Lab # and name on top left • Data • Calculations • Conclusions (discussion is titled conclusion) • Graph
