  5. General Rules • No backpacks! • No food or drink! • Whisper • One student per table • Respect other students and library property.

  8. Periodicals • Newspapers • Magazines • Indexed(blue label) • Non-indexed(white label) • Periodical Indexes

  9. Circulation Desk • Sign in/out • Check books in/out • Computer sign in • Book Suggestions • Help Desk

  10. Signing In • Sign in and show your pass. • For permission to use a research computer go to the circulation desk.

  11. Checking Out • Check out period is two weeks. • Use last name or5-digit county number (same as cafeteria). • Two book limit (only one may be fiction). • Overdue items will be fined 10 cents each day, 25 cents for overnight items.

  12. Additional Resources • Vertical File • News Articles –15 cents each or2 for 25 cents • Pencils – 10 cents • Pens – 25 cents • Note cards –2 cents each

  13. Using the Copier • Ask a librarian or library assistant for help. • Copies cost 15 cents each or 2 for 25 cents. • Color copies cost 50 cents each.
