  21. A lot has changed over the years! • Over 13,000 people- communication cards! • 6000 communication cards in the last year! • Over 7000 this past Easter! • Over 3000 avg. weekly attendance! • 2 locations for Services! • Over 500 Baptisms to date! • 14 Paid Staff people!

  25. What we've learned The EDGE is scarier than the CENTER, the NEW is more exciting than the ESTABLISHED, and to reach the LOST someone has to be LOOKING!

  26. What we've learned People reach people…not advertising! BUT…the people have to like the product, or they don’t tell anyone!

  29. THE FUTURE- BIG ROCKS! • Come Together in August 14, 21, 28 • 3 LOCATIONS starting Sept. 4th !

Shreveport Convention Center • Starting Sept. 4th –Everything is Upstairs • 8:30am-9:30am-10:30am-11:30am services • Live Band and Live Communicator • 1200-1300 live seats in main room • Environment Matters (not a theater) cost? • Preschool and Children’s Ministry • Hands and Feet for Volunteers Kids • 2 Café’s • Setup and tear down weekly (storage)

Louisiana Boardwalk • Starting Sept. 4th –video band/video message • 9:30am-10:30am services • Remain in largest theaters (flexible sizes) • Environment Matters (great location) • Preschool and Children’s Ministry • Middle School and High School at this location • Hands and Feet for Volunteers Kids • Café • Smaller setup and tear down weekly

TinselTown South Shreveport • NEW LOCATION!!! • Starting Sept. 4th –video band/video message • 9:30am-10:30am services • Theater is being remodeled ($1million) • Environment Matters (great location) Gas!! • Preschool and Children’s Ministry • Hands and Feet for Volunteers Kids? • Café • Smaller setup and tear down weekly

  33. Regal 9 Future? • Temporary shut down (hold the lease) • Why? It is maxed out! (parking and seats) • Room to grow (Boardwalk is close and has bigger theaters) • Possible Student Ministry location (future) • Cost savings

  34. Bottom line: MORE SEATS! • Currently: 1700 max seats per hour • NEW: 2800 seats per hour (room for growth) • Additional 1000 live seats per hour! • Additional space for 11:30 hour! • Additional seats in new location!

  35. Why Video Only? • PRODUCT • Simpler. Requires less equipment to make quality product. (theater exit times) setup and teardown • Video quality (camera angles) • PERSONNEL • No live band allows for multiple locations quicker • No sound and lighting engineer (skilled positions) • PENNIES • Saves money! (stage-monitors-lighting-instruments-amps-etc.)

  36. Will this Cost Us? • YES!! • Largest in our history! • We can use the equipment for Christmas/Easter! • We usually have to rent a lot of stuff…this will help. • You can help us! • Do what you can…when you can!
