Steps to Create a Call Message in Your System
Follow these straightforward steps to create a call message efficiently. Start by selecting "New Message" from the Ribbon Menu, and choose "New Call" from the dropdown. This action will open the New Message dialog box. From there, select the patient, urgency level, and any sub-type if desired. Assign the message to a recipient, and set a due date if necessary. Complete the message body with the reason for the call. Optionally, you can create and use a “canned” reason for efficiency. Finally, click "OK" to send the message.
