  2. Our idea for a database was to create one that could keep track of super refunds. • A super refund is a refund given to a customer that is 10 times the price difference between what they were charged and what the price tag said, up to $10 per refund. Background of Project

The current system: small book given out by Erie County • Manager has to record all the information Opportunity Problem Business value • Our database: allows the manager to enter all that information in electronically • Stores to track the refunds • Analyze the data collected • Come up with a plan to reduce the amount given out Business Problem
