  7. What are the low hanging fruit? What opportunities do you see right now that you could do with only the assets you have mapped? Name the: future plan, steps to get you there and the local assets that will contribute to this plan.

A Higher Hanging Fruit 1 year down:Opportunity for Responsive Investment We are a group of responsive investors from outside the community: Make a pitch to us about an idea you have that needs more investment than your community has. Remember that responsive investment: • Focuses on assets • Builds from opportunities • Has an investmentorientation • Emphasizes associations • Power comes from relationships • “Motivation to Act” – dreams, fears, being asked to contribute • Goal is community-driven development • People are citizens, members • People are the answer
