Administrative PRACTICE AREAS Our Administrative Department has a team of professionals with extensive experience in legal advice and handling of all types of public proceedings and administrative suits as well as providing advisory services to private companies and public administrations. Services cover all administrative matters amongst others: administrative procurement, tenders, subsidies, expropriator proceedings, sanctions and patrimonial responsibility. Competition and EU Law PRACTICE AREAS In this area, our clients benefit from a complete Competence Law advisory service in matters such as restrictive competence settlements and misuse of dominant positions. Legal advice and representation is also provided in claims for damages caused by anti-competence activities. We develop internal programmes of legal auditing and fulfilment of Competence Law regulations. Our clients, amongst others, are national and international credit entities, insurance companies and institutional investors. We have extensive experience in structured and corporate syndicated or bilateral finance, securities, regulatory law, export financing, project finance, money laundering prevention and stock markets. We offer global assessment both for regulated and unregulated markets, including public and private tenders, stock-exchange listed companies, supervisor relationships, stock market regulations, supervision and organisation of private insurance, re-insurance operations, creation and modification rules for credit entities and insurance companies. Tax PRACTICE AREAS This department gives advice to companies and individuals with regards to the tax implications on their activity and heritage, with special emphasis on tax planning on both a national and international level. Advisory services are also available to clients with regards to their relationship with the Tax Administration, representing them in management and collection services and defending their interest in tax inspections as well as in administrative or legal proceedings.
