  3. What is the objective? • Basic understanding of DFSS • Clarification on differences MEDIC - DFSS approach • Deployment structure Black-Belt Green-Belt • First impression on how to implement in your organisation

  4. What output do we expect? • Better understanding of DFSS • Sharing of vision and experiences in different organisations • Being able to judge relevance for own organisation
