This project aims to link a strong political drive to achieve sustainable development in Chandigarh. It involves obtaining World Heritage status and implementing a long-term process of conservation and development planning. The initiative focuses on urban planning issues, such as city limits and integrated territorial planning schemes. Tools for action include cooperation at national and local levels with government bodies and expert teams, as well as creating public-private partnerships and pilot projects for public spaces, housing, maintenance, and transport. The goal is to foster ambitious international cooperation and partnerships to enhance the city's development.
