  7. Reviews Job Lists, Clicks on Vita

  8. Reviews Job Summary, Adds to Calendar

  9. Looks up Directions to the Job

  10. Reviews Job Details and Starts Travel

  11. Arrives at Job Site & Starts Job

  12. Reviews Parts Catalog with Customer to Select the Hot Water Heater for Install

  13. Selects the Size from Catalog

  14. Enters the SKU for the Hot Water Heater

  15. Shows the Customer the Hot Water Heater

  16. Completes the Job & is Prompted to do a Final Inspection

  18. Takes Picture of Heater and is Reminded to Conduct a Survey with the Customer

  28. Locations Functionality • Allow you to import or set up a list of locations your field employees need to visit • Corporate Locations • Supply Stores • Customer Locations • Field employees can select a location from the list, look up the address and get directions

  32. Forms Functionality • Office administrators can create mobile forms which can be pushed out to the field employees mobile device • The field employee can access these forms on their mobile device, capture key customer and job information and upload the form • That information is then sent back to the corporate office. • Typical forms include: expenses, inspections, surveys, estimates, invoices, etc.

Auto Job Create Functionality • In addition to receiving jobs from the office, field employees can create their own jobs. • They can create them “on-the-fly” and start them immediately or schedule them for the future. • Once they create and schedule the new job it will show up on their job list

  38. From the Jobs Screen, Clicks on New Job and Selects Field Service as the Type

  39. Next Selects the Job Time/Date

  40. Then Enter the Reference Number and Payment Information

  41. Next, Select the Location, Which Enters the Address

  42. Assign the Priority Level

  43. And, Finally Schedule the Job

  44. Supervisor Functionality

  45. Supervisor Functionality • Gives supervisor’s the ability to clock in and out employee’s timesheets • They can record shift start times, breaks and end times • This is a great feature for environments at a job site, like construction, where there is a supervisor and multiple employees. • This eliminates the need for those employees to fill out manual timesheets which have to be processed by office staff.

  46. From the Main Menu, Click on the Supervisor Icon to See the Employee List

  47. As a Supervisor, They Have the Ability to Clock In and Out Employees

  48. Plus, Can Always See the Status of Each Employee and Make Changes

  49. And at the End of the Day, Clock Everyone Out
