This study explores the use of safety gear among skateboarders, revealing that 44% wear it while 56% don't. Our goal is to identify opportunities to promote safety gear sales. Strategies include a pricing model of $40-$50, appealing to half of potential customers willing to purchase. To improve usage rates, our staff will educate customers about safety's importance and the benefits of quality gear. By focusing on competitive pricing and top-notch products, we aim to increase both safety awareness and sales in the growing skateboarding community.

Objectives • To see if target market wears safety gear when doing possibly dangerous activities • To see if there is a market to sell my safety gear too

So in order to get more people to wear their gear we’ll pressure them while their a my shop to get them to wear it. • For my second objective half of the people said they would buy safety gear, so to increase those we’ll sell our gear around $40-$50 because that was the in-between price that most customers would by gear for.
Applying The Results • To ensure that my customers will wear safety gear more often my employees will let them know to dangers and benefits to wearing safety gear. • To increase my profits of safety gear I will lower the prices of down to $40-$50 and will only sell higher quality gear to satisfy my customers.
