Step 3 Test & measure this reduction in evening calories until you start waking up & desiring some nutrients. Step 4 Introduce a satisfying and substantial breakfast; for example: • 3 egg whites (1 yolk) on 2 Pieces Soy & Linseed toast (Low GI) • ½ Cup oats (porridge) with ½ cup low fat milk / soy with 15g sprinkled & diced dried fruits • 5-6 Strawberries, water & WPC (80% Protein) Protein powder blended • 2 pieces Rye toast with ¼ Avocado & 25g smoked Salmon
