One of the most effective techniques we've discovered is taking a child for a calming car ride while having an open conversation. This method helps them settle down and reflect on their behavior.   2. Most of the population think it very improper to spank children, so my hubby and I have tried other methods to control our kids when they have one of "those moments".

  3. One that we found very effective is for me to just take the child for a car ride and talk. They usually calm down and stop misbehaving after our little car ride together.

  4. I've included a photo of one of my sessions, with our son, in case you would like to use the technique. Its very effective! Let me know how you go and if its as effective for you as it was for us.
