Midwives’ Satisfaction Survey: Qualities and Nominations of Supervisors of Midwives (2012/2013)

This report presents the findings from the 2012/2013 Midwives’ Survey focusing on satisfaction levels regarding the Supervisors of Midwives (SoMs). It explores how midwives rate the qualities of their SoMs and investigates the nomination process for SoMs within their units. The survey also includes a section asking midwives to select the top three phrases that best describe their positive experiences in practicing midwifery within the Trust. The results aim to inform improvements in supervisory practices and enhance midwifery care.
