Programoverview Get a taste of Mexican gastronomy in this 8 day program located at the San Mateo Campus of Universidad Justo Sierra, Mexico City. Culinary Arts students are taught the essentials of Mexican cooking by qualified english speaking Mexican Chefs. The classes include fundamentals of Mexican cuisine and hands-on kitchen experience.
Program includes Classes: held in mornings at the University of Justo Sierra, San Mateo Campus. Materials: utensils,uniform will be supplied. Recipe manual and Certificate of Participation given at end of program. Accomodation: Students will be housed in shared accomodations at Villa Tepozotlan with breakfast, lunch and dinners provided Local Transportation: Airport/ Villa transfers, Villa/ Campus San Mateo transfers, and to and from all scheduled activities and excursions. Activities, excursions: entrance fees included in fee.
Activities and Excursions A welcome reception will be held at the Villa Tepotzotlan In the afternoons, cultural tours will be organized. The outings will include visit to Museums, historical sites and local market. Saturday tour to the pyramids of Teotihuacan. Farewell party at Villa Tepotzotlan
Fees and registration Fees for 8 day program: $ 950.00 USD Registration and payment details: Fees are based on a group of 10 students minimum, 12 students max. Start dates flexible Program offered to: High School groups of students aged 15-17. College groups for students over 18.
