Conference Coordination • Working closely with ITSC 2010 Program Chair • All TC Chairs have been automatically assigned AE role • Multiple special sessions being organized • All TCs helping recruit reviewers • Proposal: starting in ITSC 2011, experimenting with at least 3 tracks from • Communications Networks, Mobile Comm., Traffic and Travel Mgmt, Logistics & Services • How to help with IV?
Technical co-Sponsorship Approval Process • Technical co-sponsorship requests need to be formally submitted to both VP for conferences & VP for technical activities. • These 2 VPs make a joint recommendation. If approval is recommended, the VP for Adm. Will be notified and a request for ExCom votes broadcasted to the ExCom mailing list. • VP for conferences and VP for technical activities inform the submitters of the evaluation outcome. Applicable IEEE Conf. report forms need to be filed.

Networks; Mobile Comm.)
