And she says Ohio farmers can get the job done. Ethanol, grain alcohol, usually produced from corn, has been around for decades. But now, with gas approaching a wallet-burning, three dollars a gallon, E85, 85 percent ethanol, 15 percent gasoline, is getting a big push."America can no longer be held hostage," says Ohio Congresswoman, Marcy Kaptur. "We in Ohio can be energy independent within our borders. And then we can export as a source of income to other places."
