  1. Call to Worship Leader: I am still confident of this; I will see the goodness of the lord in the land of the living: People: Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.

  2. Savior, like a shepherd lead us, Much we need Thy tender care; In Thy pleasant pastures feed us, For our use Thy folds prepare. Blessed Jesus, Blessed Jesus, Thou hast bought us, Thine we are; Blessed Jesus, Blessed Jesus, Thou hast bought us, Thine we are. “Savior Like A Shepherd”

  3. We are Thine –do Thou befriend us, Be the Guardian of our way; Keep Thy flock, from sin defend us, Seek us when we go astray: Blessed Jesus, Blessed Jesus Hear, O hear us when we pray; Blessed Jesus, Blessed Jesus, Hear, O hear us when we pray. “Savior Like A Shepherd”

  4. Thou hast promised to receive us, Poor and sinful tho we be; Thou hast mercy to relieve us, Grace to cleanse and pow’r to free: Blessed Jesus, Blessed Jesus, Early let us turn to Thee; Blessed Jesus, Blessed Jesus, Early let us turn to Thee. “Savior Like A Shepherd”

  5. Early let us seek Thy favor, Early let us do Thy will; Blessed Lord and only Savior, With Thy love our bosoms fill: Blessed Jesus, Blessed Jesus, Thou hast loved us, love us still; Blessed Jesus, Blessed Jesus, Thou hast loved us, love us still. “Savior Like A Shepherd”

  6. The Apostles Creed I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth: And in Jesus Christ His only Son, Our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried, the third day he rose from the dead , he ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty;.

  7. The Apostles Creedcont. • from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. • I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

  8. The Prayer Response Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.

  9. The Prayer Responsecont. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

  10. The Old Testament 2 Samuel 1:17-27 (NKJV) 17 Then David lamented with this lamentation over Saul and over Jonathan his son, 18 and he told them to teach the children of Judah the Song of the Bow; indeed it is written in the Book of Jasher: 19 “The beauty of Israel is slain on your high places! How the mighty have fallen!20 Tell it not in Gath,Proclaim it not in the streets of Ashkelon—Lest the daughters of the Philistines rejoice,Lest the daughters of the uncircumcised triumph.

  11. The Old Testament 2 Samuel 1:17-27 (NKJV) 21 “O mountains of Gilboa,Let there be no dew nor rain upon you,Nor fields of offerings. For the shield of the mighty is cast away there! The shield of Saul, not anointed with oil.22 From the blood of the slain,From the fat of the mighty,The bow of Jonathan did not turn back,And the sword of Saul did not return empty.

  12. The Old Testament 2 Samuel 1:17-27 (NKJV) 23 “Saul and Jonathan were beloved and pleasant in their lives,And in their death they were not divided; They were swifter than eagles,They were stronger than lions. 24 “O daughters of Israel, weep over Saul,Who clothed you in scarlet, with luxury;Who put ornaments of gold on your apparel. 25 “How the mighty have fallen in the midst of the battle!Jonathan was slain in your high places.

  13. The Old Testament 2 Samuel 1:17-27 (NKJV) 26 I am distressed for you, my brother Jonathan; You have been very pleasant to me;Your love to me was wonderful,Surpassing the love of women. 27 “How the mighty have fallen,And the weapons of war perished!”

  14. Gloria Patri Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost; As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen, Amen.

  15. The New Testament 2 Corinthians 8:7-15(NKJ) 7 But as you abound in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all diligence, and in your love for us—see that you abound in this grace also. 8 I speak not by commandment, but I am testing the sincerity of your love by the diligence of others. 9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.

  16. The New Testament 2 Corinthians 8:7-15(NKJ) 10 And in this I give advice: It is to your advantage not only to be doing what you began and were desiring to do a year ago; 11 but now you also must complete the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to desireit, so there also may be a completion out of what you have. 12 For if there is first a willing mind, it isaccepted according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have.

  17. The New Testament 2 Corinthians 8:7-15(NKJ) 13 For I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened; 14 but by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may supply their lack, that their abundance also may supply your lack—that there may be equality. 15 As it is written, “He who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack.”

  18. All Things Come of Thee All things come of Thee, O Lord, And of Thine own have we given Thee. Amen.
