  3. Design ESIL Training Concept STRUCTURE: a) Training- lectures, presentations - examples, practical work - e-learning, working materials b) Examination- e-testing c) Certification- international certificate

  4. Design ESIL Training Concept BASIC MODULE Content:- Innovation management - Sustainable Development - Innovation process and need for Creativity - Overview about the Advanced Modules Duration: - 2 days (à 4 x 1,5 hours) Day 1: lectures and presentations Day 2: examples and practical work

Design ESIL Training Concept ADVANCED MODULES Content:- Innovation strategy and process - Sustainability and innovation - Customer needs, QFD - Creativity - TRIZ - Idea evaluation and business planning - Patent and IPR - Management of innovation projects Duration: each topic 2 days (à 4 x 1,5 hours)

Design ESIL Training Concept WORKING-MATERIALS • Everyone free to produce, but approval needed (books, e-Learning)‏ Foundation does NOT produce materials • Textbooks (must be approved) • Basic contents and in-depth information • Exercises / questionnaires • e-Learning program • Learning sequences • Training sequences

  7. Design ESIL Training Concept EXAMINATION At certified testcenters only Basic Module:- e-testing Multiple Choice Test Advanced Modules:- e-testing - written examination (Implementation concept, etc.)

  8. Design ESIL Training Concept CERTIFICATION • By an independent certifier/certification body • ESIL Foundation • Aim: international accepted certificate(personen related)
