  7. Data Collected for Teacher Evaluation • 1. For example teacher test results are good for 6 years. 不是所有的資料在一年內蒐集,例如: 教師的測驗結果就是六年有效 • Data can be collected in a portfolio 資料可以被蒐集放入檔案內

Linking Teacher Evaluation to Professional Development • Linking evaluation and development is a difficult task for teachers, evaluators, and principals. 將評鑑和發展相結合對教師、評鑑者、和校長而言是困難的工作,應該: • work with teachers to set specific, achievable goals 和老師一起設定具體的、可以成功達到的目標 • provide constructive criticism and suggestions to improve weak areas and amplify strengths 提出建設性的批評和建議來改進弱點和強化優點 • enlist experienced teachers to help improve the performance of less experienced teachers. 徵募有經驗的教師來幫助改進較為資淺的老師之表現
