MPBA-EPC Compliance Scheme - Overview • Administered independently of MPBA on a not for profit basis • Set up with financial support from MPBA • To offer an all encompassing scheme for the Modular and Portable Building Industry • Ease the compliance burden by pooling knowledge and resource • Increase sustainability activity within the industry to enable wider lobbying, marketing and promotion

MPBA-EPC Compliance Scheme MPBA-EPC Compliance Scheme – Generic Certification • Four ‘Packs’ • Pre 2002 • 2002-2006 • 2006-2010 • Post 2010 • Each containing 2 activities, 2 locations, 3 sizes • BRUKL Document • EPC Certificate • Compliance Letter • Valid for duration of building regulations One off cost per pack (MPBA £600-Non-MPBA £1200 discounted for multiple packs) The ‘no hassle’ option for hire Companies. Use twice and its Paid!
