Current Situation Current Situation • ADL2A in force from 1st October 2010 • 25% aggregate reduction on emissions on 2006 • Reclassification of temporary buildings • Generic scheme for hire • Requirement for as designed and as built compliance • Energy Performance Certificate required on completion

Current Situation – New Build New Building Modular • Must comply with new building regulations • As Design Carbon Calculation • As Constructed Carbon Calculation • EPC • Fabric and Services minimum standards • Sale, Rental > 2 years or > 1000m2 individual building compliance required • Rental < 2 years and < 1000m2 generic scheme applies

Current Situation – Relocation • Existing (Relocation) Building Modular • Must comply with new building regulations • As Design Carbon Calculation • As Constructed Carbon Calculation • EPC • Target adjustment factors to allow re-use of older modules • Any new fabric or services must meet minimum standards • Sale, Rental > 2 years or > 1000m2 individual building compliance required • Rental < 2 years and < 1000m2 generic scheme applies
