  9. Alignment with Newly-Created Strategic Plan Work Plans We are aware that teams are forming to create work plans around the 8 Ignite Goals of focus. The initial work plans and resource requests are due in late September. Due to timing, we believe that scoped requests that involve any new systems/functionality/features will be ready to add to the IT process in the winter/spring timeframe.
