Abs - Knee Hugs • Lie flat on your back with legs fully extended , feet roughly 3inches off the floor and arms fully extended overhead • Keeping the feet together, simultaneously bend the knees up towards the chest whilst bringing the torso up off the floor and the arms around the knees • Only the buttocks should be touching the floor • Straighten out the legs and lower the back down to the floor and arms back overhead • N.B.
