  4. Tilt angle can be adjusted between 6.5° and 9° • Half angle of aperture is constant, φ = 1.1 ° • Spatial resolution limit R = λ / (2*sin(φ)) = 1 µm

  5. Now: Higher divergence of HHG beam Coating selects 38nm Θ = 0.08° D = 3.4 mm α = 7.3° φ ≈ 2 R ≈ 550 nm D α φ
