WHAT WE LEARNED! • Honduras is a beautiful country! • Children everywhere are eager to learn • Funding affects quality of education, everywhere! • We take much for granted in the U.S. • Giving teachers more freedom to be creative produces more involved learners. • It is difficult to communicate when you don’t speak the language • “It is humid in Honduras” is an understatement! • Driving in Honduras is a WILD RIDE!! • There is much we can learn as educators in other countries
