Facilities Master Plan Where we are and what we are doing: • Meeting with each site’s PTO group to explain FMP Process and solicit feedback. • Providing regular updates and working with Clark Center Facilities Advisory Group to solicit specific feedback/needs from the Center. • More to follow.   7. Sustainability Projects • Finalizing Engineering for Solar Installations • Scheduled for DSA Review in December • LED Lighting “Mock-up” to occur over Thanksgiving Break at AGHS • Office Conference Room • Classroom #912 • Classroom #929 (Art Room)

Sustainability Projects • Construction could begin as early as January if… • We can accomplish a construction schedule that is agreeable to all our sites (i.e. phasing) • DSA approves plans for all improvements • Our next steps include: • Finalizing tentative construction schedule • Coordinating work and phasing as approved by each Site

  9. Sustainability Projects • Nipomo High School Ground Mount System • Not subject to DSA review and approval. However, per Title 24, Part I, Section 4-310, “a resolution must be passed by the school board stating that the building or structure shall not be used for school purposes and that no pupils or teachers will be permitted to use or enter the building for said purposes or be subject to a hazard resulting from its collapse.” • We will prepare the required resolution and bring it to a future meeting for your consideration of adoption.
