Moss Park PD Additional Conditions Prior to issuance of any Certificate of Occupancy, temporary or permanent, for the 310th dwelling unit within Parcel N-1 and N-2, owner / developer shall have designed and constructed, to County standards, a right turn lane from John Wycliffe Boulevard onto Moss Park Road; The Development Plan for Parcel A shall provide for the design and installation by the owner / developer of a Type C buffer as defined in Sec. 24-5(a)(2) of the Orange County Code along the southern boundary of Parcel A. If the owner / developer exceeds 50,000 square feet of commercial uses on Parcel A, a Type B buffer as defined in Sec. 24-5(a)(2) shall be required; and In order to maximize neighborhood accessibility and connectivity to a transit-ready arterial roadway, owner / developer shall provide a stub out for a future vehicular access point from PD Parcel “N2” to Innovation Way South along the eastern boundary of PD Parcel “N2” (the Third Access Point). The Third Access Point shall be clearly identified on the Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP) for Parcel “N2” and constructed prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Completion for Parcel “N2”. The owner / developer shall not be required to design, construct, pay for or finance any portion of any additional segments of Innovation Way South to connect to the Third Access Point *Proposed Condition # 11 in the staff report becomes Condition # 14

  7. Moss Park PD Action Requested Make a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan (CP) and approve the substantial change to the Moss Park Planned Development / Land Use Plan (PD / LUP), subject to the conditions listed in the staff report. District 4
