Investigation of TrxR and Actin Responses in CLX251 and AW464 Treated Cell Lysates

This study explores the activity of Thioredoxin Reductase (TrxR) and Actin in cell lysates treated with varying concentrations of the compounds CLX251 and AW464. The effects of these treatments on enzyme activity were analyzed, highlighting the relationship between TrxR and Actin dynamics in cancer cell environments. Concentrations of 0.5, 3.1, and 0.5 µM of CLX251 and AJM290 were assessed, yielding insights into the molecular mechanisms influenced by these compounds. Findings aim to enhance understanding of cellular responses to therapeutic agents.
