Welcome To SNC Manufacturing Co., Inc. “The Transformer Specialists” SNC can provide custom Isolation Transformers for a wide range of OEM applications. • We are equipped to handle production requirements from heavy gauge wire to high speed (18,000 turns per minute) fine wire winding. • Primary ranges are available in 100-240 VAC, 220-240 VAC, 360-480 VAC • Secondary ranges are available in 120-240 VAC @600 VAC, 2200-1500 VAC and 120 VAC-13A * All units offered in 50/60 Hz

Welcome To SNC Manufacturing Co., Inc. “The Transformer Specialists” Oshkosh, WI Corporate Headquarters • Approximately 60,000 square foot facility houses manufacturing and administration, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, sales, accounting, North America purchasing, quality control departments • Manufacturing primarily dedicated to lower volume, tightly toleranced, larger than 50kV transformers • Oshkosh facility also produces military transformers, high voltage units – both cast and oil-filled, and all open and molded water-cooled transformers

(expanded 3 times) • Expandable to 90,000 sq. ft. • Facility Capabilities – • Ferroresonant transformers, chokes up to 800 amps DC, inductors, reactors, 3-phase transformers up to 10 kVA as well as medium voltage units • Potted or molded encapsulation • Bobbins, coils • Volume – low (samples) to high • Operations • Daily imports/exports to and from SNC warehouse in Del Rio, Texas • Stable work force, safe location

Welcome to SNC Manufacturing Co., Inc.“The Transformer Specialists” Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China Facility • Wholly owned foreign enterprise – • Operating since 2006 • 25,000 sq. ft. • Electrical Engineering staff • Services available – • Epoxy encapsulation of transformers • UL and CSA certification for transformers, chokes, reactors, inductors, toroids, 3-phase transformers up to 13 kVA. • Facility currently produces products for further processing in China before eventual export. SNC also exports finished products to ourselves in the US for domestic sales. • Procurement focused on localizing materials for China facility as well as North American import for use in SNC Mexico and US facilities.
