MA Recommendations • MA Initial recommendation in March 2009 • Based on 2005-2007 data • 12 out of 13 monitors violated standard • 2 nonattainment areas – Eastern and Western MA • Revised recommendation - November 8, 2011 • Based on 2009-2011 data (September data not QA’d yet) • Attainment statewide except for nonattainment for Duke’s County (Martha’s Vineyard, Elizabeth Islands)

  3. OZONE DATA: 2009 and 2011 MA Recommendations • Newburyport data is for 2 years (monitor began operating in 2010) • 8-hour ozone NAAQS = .075 ppm

  4. All data is preliminary – Not QA’d
