  2. INNOVATION PROJECT2012 Project IV: Innovation project 10 ECTS Learning objectives: The student knows how to write a project plan and how to manage a project. The student will master the skills in multidisciplinary cooperation and networking. He/she will also learn how to communicate appropriately with different interest groups, is familiar with the challenges of project communication and will improve his/her collaborative skills. The student will deepen his/her own field of expertise and will be able to evaluate his/her own expertise as part of a project. The student will develop an understanding of how to acquire and revise information from different sources as well as adapt that information to a new material. The student will learn to observe and take into account both his own as well as other’s objectives. The student explores practices from different fields of activities and learns to understand people who work within different lines of businesses. The student develops an understanding of an innovative process and is able to recognize a creative problem solving process. He/she can justify and argue convincingly, when working as part of a cooperative process.
